Bloomberg Law Spotlights Lawyers in Fifth Annual 40 Under 40 Program

ARLINGTON, VABloomberg Law is proud to announce the 2025 honorees of this year’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40,” celebrating the nation’s most promising lawyers. The honorees represent a cross-section of practice areas including litigation, antitrust, intellectual property, government contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and more. In addition to individual recognitions of the class, this year’s program includes “By the Numbers,” a deep dive on data surrounding practice areas, interactive elements, “Practice Tips,” featuring former honorees sharing advice with the next generation of lawyers, and a playlist curated by the group. The complete package featuring this year’s honorees can be found at https://aboutblaw.com/bjbx.

In the fifth annual program, a wide array of law firms, corporations, non-profits, government agencies and other organizations across the United States nominated outstanding young attorneys. A team of editors assessed candidates for this award based on records of success for clients, leadership service, and commitment to pro bono work.

“We are excited to celebrate the fifth annual edition of ‘They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40.’ These illustrious 40 young lawyers are the newest members of our Bloomberg Law tradition honoring the brightest legal minds across the country,” said Lisa Helem, executive editor, Bloomberg Industry Group. “These individuals excel and innovate in their work for clients, in their leadership in their organizations, and in their service to their communities.”

Bloomberg Law’s 2025 class represents the best of the future of the legal profession, and now they take their place in our storied Bloomberg Law tradition.
