Announcing the winners of Bloomberg Law’s 2025 Speed Research Challenge

Hundreds of law students took part in this year’s 2025 Speed Research Challenge, using the Bloomberg Law platform to complete a timed test of their research skills. Students representing 18 law schools competed to swiftly and accurately answer research questions that emerge in real law practice. Topics included dockets, transactional sources, and legal questions pulled from today’s headlines.

The 2025 winners beat out a field of contestants to accurately answer as many research questions as possible in 15 minutes. Congratulations to the students who won!
